By placing an order with Mountain Laurel Autoharp Gathering, inc (“We, Us”), the customer(s) purchasing the product(s) (“You”) is agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

SALES OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

This section covers material things We ship to You, or hand to You in person (“Physical Product”).

All sales of Physical Products are final; no refunds or order changes are offered unless the Physical Product we provided is defective or not as described.

To contact Us about Physical Product sales, please send an Email to orders@mlag.org within 14 days of receiving your order, or within 60 days of placing your order, whichever comes first.

SALES OF VIRTUAL PRODUCTS

This section covers one or more on-line offerings, sold individually or in a bundle, such as a digital handout, streamed workshop, concert, social hour, meeting, performance, or an audio or video recording we provide which You can either attend live, review on-line, or download (“Virtual Product”).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the computer equipment, appropriate internet connection, and appropriate software needed to utilize the Virtual Product.

All sales of Virtual Products are final, no refunds or order changes are offered, unless the Virtual Product We provided is defective, unavailable, or not as described due to factors We control. To be clear, no refunds are available if a) You missed a live Virtual Product for which no replay is available, or b) You failed to access the replay of a Virtual Product within the allotted time period.

If multiple Virtual Products are sold in a discounted bundle, the value of an individual product is determined by its sales price outside of the bundle with any bundle discount taken into consideration.

SALES OF IN-PERSON GATHERING PRODUCTS

This section covers all aspects of our in-person Mountain Laurel Autoharp Gathering (“MLAG”), including MLAG tickets, lodging, meals, linen rentals, camping, facilities fees, and pre-MLAG classes that are not already covered by the Physical Products or Virtual Products (“In-Person MLAG Products”). All people named on In-Person MLAG Tickets are considered MLAG Attendees (“Attendees”).

Sales of In-Person MLAG Products are fully or partially refundable up to 11:59 PM Eastern Time the third Sunday prior to the start of MLAG in a given year (“Cutoff Date”) except for a $45 administrative fee. There are no refunds after the Cutoff Date.

Changes of In-Person MLAG Products can be made up to the Cutoff Date. Depending on the type of change, there may be a $25 change fee and you may be a) refunded the In-Person MLAG Products for one or more Attendees on your order and then b) asked to re-purchase the In-Person MLAG Products for the Attendee(s) affected by the change at the then current rate. There are no changes after the Cutoff Date.
