We ask for this information to help us with room assignments. If you do not designate a roommate below, or the roommate request is not mutual, we will pair you randomly with another roommate of the same gender.

If you do not want to share a room, you may select the “Private Room” option at an extra charge instead.

Please let us know the name of the person you would like to room with. We only honor roommate requests if both parties have expressed the same preference.

There are a limited number of accessible rooms available. Please only request one if absolutely needed. We cannot guarantee we will be able to honor your request.
